Linkin Park Shares Heartfelt Tribute Video Remembering Chester Bennington’s Laughter

Linkin Park recently shared a touching video on social media, celebrating the late frontman Chester Bennington and his ability to bring joy and laughter to the band. The video, originally aired on LPTV, hails from 2008 and captures a moment where Chester performed a humorous impromptu song titled ‘Unicorns & Lollipops’ in the band’s dressing room, just before a show.

In the clip, Chester strums an acoustic guitar and sings the playful tune, much to the delight of his bandmates. The lightheartedness continues as Chester engages in a rap battle with Joe Hahn while they head to the stage.

Linkin Park shared the video with the message: “Cherishing all the times Chester made us laugh. Taking a look back at some of our favourite LPTV moments.”

To honor Chester’s memory, the surviving members of Linkin Park are hosting a tribute show at the Hollywood Bowl in California on Friday, October 27th. The event will feature guest performances by Blink-182, Bring Me The Horizon’s Oli Sykes, Korn’s Jonathan Davis, Avenged Sevenfold’s M. Shadows and Synyster Gates, three members of System of a Down, Yellowcard singer William Ryan Key, and Kiiara, who collaborated with Linkin Park on the song ‘Heavy.’

Proceeds from the tribute show will be donated to Music For Relief’s One More Light Fund in memory of Chester Bennington, ensuring that his legacy of love and laughter continues to make a positive impact.
