Joe Hahn of the alternative rock band Linkin Park has listed his Brentwood home for $4.6 million.

Situated on over half an acre in a gated community, the modern home offers panoramic city and ocean views, floor-to-ceiling windows, solar, an elevator, 5 rooms, 6 bathrooms, and 6,458 square feet of living space. There is a three-car garage.

A star architect for famous people

Hahn, 36, is a DJ and programmer for the band, whose members include singer Chester Bennington, drummer/percussionist Rоb Bourdon, guitarist Brad Delson, bassists Dave “Phoenix” Farrell and Mike Shinoda as co-leader on vocals, keyboards, and guitar. The group has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide and has more than 55 million fans on Facebook.

Linkin Park founded the nonprofit Music for Relief in 2005, raising more than $5 million for victims of natural disasters and environmental projects. They will perform Saturday at the Sunset Strip Music Festival in West Hollywood, then begin a tour across Asia.

Public records show Hahn purchased the property in 2006 for $3.975 million.
