This is Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s new $27.8M Beverly Hills mansion, where he plays with his children sweetly

The aroma of the food that The Rock is preparing is undeniably opulent.

Dwayne Johnson recently paid $27.8 million for the opulent Beverly Park estate that Paul Reiser, the comedian, previously owned.

Johnson, 48, a potential presidential candidate, discreetly closed in on the six-bedroom, twelve-bathroom residence in an off-market transaction on April 6.

Situated оn a level 3.67 acres, the structure is the largest in the affluent Beverly Park neighbоrhооd and is frequented by celebrities including Rоd Stewart, Denzel Washingtоn, Eddie Murphy, Sоfía Vergara, and Sylvester Stallоne.

The ultra-private estate is secured with a number of gates that facilitate entry and exit.

It features every conceivable amenity and covers a vast area of 17,630 square feet. Such amenities include a tennis court, an outdoor pool and spa that is exposed to the elements, a large fitness center, a baseball diamond, a music room featuring a recording studio, a movie theater, and an elevator.

A separate 2,500-square-foot guest house is also included.

Situated high in the mountains above Beverly Hills, on a quiet cul-de-sac with no immediate neighbors, the long olive tree-lined driveway leads to a motor court. Other features include several mature trees, idyllic trails and “hidden sanctuaries.”

A previous listing described the home as a “complete resort.”

Since January, when he listed his multimillion-dollar equestrian estate on the fringes of Atlanta, Johnson has received no offers.

His credits in films including “Jumanji,” “Fast & Furious,” and “Ballers” established him as the highest-paid actor in Hollywood history.

Johnson and his 2019-wedded wife, Lauren Hashian, are the father of two daughters. An additional daughter is his product of a previous marriage.
