Chicago Bulls player DeMar DeRozan recently purchased the property from Jordan’s ex-wife Juanita Vanoy. According to ‘The Real Deal,’ DeRozan purchased the River North property in Chicago for $4.5 million. Juanita purchased the River North mansion in 2007, a year after her 2006 divorce from Jordan. Juanita put the property on the market in June.

DeRozan signed a new three-year, $85 million contract in August with the Bulls. His lavish new mansion included a five-stop elevator, a billiards and entertainment room, a library, a heated three-car garage, and four fireplaces. The six-bedroom, 10,200-square-foot home is the 65th Chicago-area home to sell for more than $4 million this year.

Six-time NBA champion Michael Jordan went through a costly divorce from his ex-wife Juanita Vanoy Jordan. Jordan paid her $168 million to settle the divorce in 2006. Jordan separated from his wife Juanita Vanoy after 17 years of marriage. This allowed him to acquire common property. Juanita was given the Lake Shore Drive penthouse they purchased for around $3 million in 1990.
