Coby White will arrive in Chicago a month after signing a new deal with the Bulls.

The NBA point guard purchased a home on North Cleveland Avenue in a deal expected to close Monday, according to a source familiar with the matter.

Built in 2017, the house appears to be owned by a trust linked to Rajeev Rathi, founder of Merrill Lynch’s Rathi Private Wealth Management group. The trust purchased the land in 2014 for $1.5 million.
